WESTERN PARKLAND COUNCILS

The Western Parkland Councils is an alliance of the eight local governments that have partnered with the Australian and New South Wales Governments to deliver the 20 year Western Sydney City Deal – Blue Mountains, Camden, Campbelltown, Fairfield, Hawkesbury, Liverpool, Penrith and Wollondilly.

These eight Councils have committed to working collaboratively to deliver better outcomes for our communities and the Western Parkland City.

THE WESTERN SYDNEY CITY DEAL

In 2018, the eight councils partnered with the Australian and New South Wales governments to create the Western Sydney City Deal. This historic agreement builds on the once-in-a-generation economic boom of this fast growing region.

Over the next two decades, the City Deal will deliver more jobs, transport and services for the people of the region.
